Seth Deyo is committed to making this professional portfolio reasonably usable for as many visitors as practical, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, captions, or other assistive technology.

This statement applies to https://sethdeyo.com. It is a personal portfolio site, not a public-sector website, and public-sector accessibility regulations are not claimed to apply.

Our approach

We aim for clear structure, readable contrast, visible focus, text alternatives for photographs, and keyboard access to navigation, video playback, and the contact form. Videos use native browser controls after you choose to play them. Motion is reduced when your system asks for reduced motion.

This is a commitment, not a claim that the Site meets a specific WCAG conformance level. No third-party accessibility audit has been completed for this version of the Site.

Known limits

Some parts of the Site may still be harder to use:

• Portfolio videos are visual sports footage. They may not include captions or audio description.
• The Google reCAPTCHA widget on the contact form is provided by a third party and may present its own barriers.
• Older browsers or very small screens may not present layout and video controls as intended.

If a video is essential to your review of the work and you cannot play it, contact us and we will try to provide another way to view it.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on November 7, 2026, based on a self-review of the Site during development. It has not been validated by a formal accessibility audit. It should be reviewed when the Site changes in a substantial way, and at least once a year.
