Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Seth Deyo ("we," "us," or "our") about your use of https://sethdeyo.com and related pages (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Video of Oklahoma athletics is shown as portfolio work and remains subject to the rights of the original rights holders. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Your responsibilities

By using the Site, you represent that:

• You will not collect contact details from the Site for unsolicited messages.

Copyright concerns

Indemnity

Electronic communications

Visiting the Site, sending email, and using the contact form are electronic communications. You agree that notices we send by email or post on the Site can satisfy a requirement that a communication be in writing, where the law allows that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and we agree to the exclusive venue of the state and federal courts sitting in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, except where a law requires otherwise.

General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement, are the full agreement about the Site. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. There is no partnership or employment relationship created by your use of the Site.
